What we collect
A phone number or email for sign-in, the athlete name and date of birth, city, optionally the club and coach, plus the competition videos and results you upload.
Why we need it
To determine the age category, run judge verification, build the ranking and tell you about the status of your results.
Who sees the videos
Competition videos are available to the judges and administrators of the competition. They are never published publicly.
Storage and deletion
Original files are removed after successful processing according to the internal retention policy. Final results stay in the season archive.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data by contacting support.
